Mefisto - The Truth and Avzhia - Immense Dark Sky both come in completely stark black jewel cases with emblems emblazoned on the front, the Mefisto in gold and the Avzhia in silver.

Negura Bunget had sprigs of some Romanian tree in the A4 packaging edition of N Crugu Bradului. Also, the special edition of Agalloch's Ashes Against the Grain came with a small bag of ashes (among other things)

That's mildly amusing in my opinion. I wonder if an album called 'sands of time' with an stylized hour glass and a scorpion or something would come with a bag of sand.

The packaging of The County Medical Examiner's Olidous Operettas has a scratch-and-sniff that smells like rotten meat.

Likewise, Peter Tosh's Legalize It has a marijuana scented sticker.

I'm really partial to my Slugathor - Cricle of Death CD where the band thanks "no one, except ourselves for believing in us!" Oh, and that pic of Proscriptor holding the snake in the booklet for Tara.

Big Black's EP, Lungs, originally came with a bunch of random shit on the inside of it like loaded squirt guns, bloody pieces of paper (one of Albini's friend suffered from a nosebleed), dollar bills, condoms, concert tickets, pictures of Bruce Lee, and old photographs.
