been listening to these albums quite a bit lately, some good stuff on there. Coverdale's voice sounds great on coverdale/page. a bit of a novelty i know but still great!

They're interesting if you're a zep fanboy like me but otherwise I wouldn't really recommend them to anyone. A few songs are really good but I don't think the albums are amazing or anything.

Ever listen to Kingdom Come? They sounded like a Led Zepplin tribute band headed by a singer who thought Coverdale was the singer.

^"What Love Can Be" sounds pretty good, but ridiculously like Zep. My wife listened to them in HS and I didn't, which is really weird. I'd never heard of them.

As far as Coverdale/Page goes, "Shake My Tree" is a pretty damn good rockin' number that has some really good riffs. "Pride and Joy" was a good song, too. And some of the more epic ballads like "Whisper a Prayer for the Dying" are solid, too.

Page & Plant was, I thought, a really good album. Not Zep, but very good. Highlights include "Shining in the Light" and "Most High". I like Albini's production on it. It sounds really live.
