Crane Song Dithering CD?

Ok, I just got the CD.

Do I add this to a final stereo mix of the entire recording or add as a stereo track among all the other tracks?

It says to import and reduce level by 25 DB. Does that mean to simple pull the fader down to -25DB?

I now it sounds like a stupid question but I want to know for sure.
