Critique my mix of these brutal riffs

So my friend had some spare guitar riffs laying around and we decided to make a song of it. The drums aren't exactly perfect, but I'm pretty proud of this mix. I haven't finished writing the drum line so I just cut the mix where I'm at.

Guitars are my xxx quadtracked into nebula using poi's program.

What can be improved?

Yeah guitars definitely need some presence/treble. The kick is really quiet as well.

Alright, I raised the level of the kick drum and put more presence in the rhythm guitars. Any other comments or pointers, I'm all ears!

The guitars sound pretty cool. There doesn't seem to be enough lows in the kick. Was there a bass track?

not in the version I printed down, but I do have one written/recorded. Trying to get my slap bass lines and finger bass lines to all sit nice together on the same track is a whole different thread.

I hear you, bass (alongwith most other instruments) is kicking my ass. I was just interested in what it would sound like with the bass up against the guitars. Sounds pretty good now though.

Still sounding really muffled. Have you A/B'd this with any professional stuff? It'll help a lot if you do.
