Too dark imo (no racism ), needs slightly more mids and high end and less bazz.

Way too much bass to me. Maybe you like it like that but listening in a car with subs or something it'll just totally overload the guitars. I agree with it being too dark as well, there doesn't seem to be enough crispness to the guitars. Other than that its pretty well mixed.

Yep. Cut some sub frequencies from the bass.
