Cubase 4 vs. SX3

Anyone know of the differences , like the major ones that would effect my upgrade from sx to 4? I'm getting four in the mail today and I'm going to be converting from sx3 and I want to know if it's like a huge difference or just easy shit.

If you go for the big version I like the "Studio Manager" and the "Studio Equalizer". The new synths shouldn't be too bad either.

Only speaking about what I saw at the presentation. Haeven't worked with it yet.

And that makes C4 a much better example of Steinberg's stupidity (compared to SX3 with its gazillions of work interrupting, crash to desktop causing bugs).
