I heard this click some time back on a YouTube video. Instead of the common click you hear, it's some dude screaming the count which was way cooler and beast. Have you guys ever heard of something like that??

You can make your own. Our old vocalist used to say "YOU SON OF A BITCH" in this really like....not sure how to describe it....evil and nasty sounding way....
Decided to cut the "bitch" and made a short .wav out of it, set it in REAPER as click, and LOL'd at the result. Didn't work out quite as I planned though. It seemed to not be totally consistent in timing/pitch, but it was just for laughs anyway.

Try to get some girl with hot whispery voice to record 'you're so sexy' and make it a custom click sample. Musicians/or 'musicians' will most likely perform their songs/or 'songs' better this way.

Ah, that sounds familiar. When I was a kid, my father had a keyboard that had the numbers "one" to "four" in its MIDI sound sample set.
If you find one of these, just program the click track in MIDI and you're set!
