tough call, I mean the Cylons do kick ass, but Daleks are proving to be pretty much unstoppable. They did manage to kill every Time Lord with the exception of the Doctor and the Master.
Cylons left a heck of a lot more humans left alive.
Daleks can time travel. cylons cannot.
Daleks managed to revive thier race by distilling humans and reconsistuting their flesh/DNA in to Dalek form. Cylons have advanced to the level of almost human....then seem to be whining about it alot lately.
Daleks do have HUGE baseships. Clyons have huge baseships.
Very tough call.

Gotta think about it, if the Daleks were to attack the Cylon resurrection hubs first, they'd be a shoe in for victory.
But, if the Cylon's could set up a decent defense for their resurrection hubs, it could make for quite the stalemate.

Dalek technology in the context of Doctor Who is vastly beyond anything shown in the BSG series (apart, presumably, from the powers of "God").

Honestly, gonna have to go with the Daleks. Thier technology is just far too superior. I mean they did infact defeat an entire race who call themselves TIMELORDS and can actually travel through time.
Cylons can't do that.

Strictly speaking, the Cylons killed a few billion humans, whereas the Borg must have wiped out dozens, perhaps hundreds of species.
You never know though... we haven't witness the full power of the Cylons yet. For all we know they could end up on Gallifrey at some point, start losing the battle, then build shells and mutate themselves into the Daleks...
Meanwhile, the Borg are just assimilating useless species throughout the universe that nobody could give a shit about.

Daleks also had a cool, creepy creator in Davros.
