Cymbals Stange Frequency?

I don't know as I'm away from my monitors. A lowpass will usually fix a hissing sound. Run a frequency analyser like Voxengo Span or the analyser with Logic's Channel EQ to check for unusual activity.

I think the vocalist could use a pair of tighter uderpants, that'll make the vocals to overdo symbal frequencies :D But seriously, how hard are you compressing symbals? And if you have a masterchain setup there, it squashes the cymbals more. Try decreasing cymbal boost and compression before mastering.

For cymbals I'm using my 1776 'all buttons'
attack arround 8:30 clock
release full clockwise
-3 db GR

I have a compressor plugin on masterchain for mixing, using ssl gcomp
Attack 30ms Release -1ms. ratio 2:1
GR -2db max.

Ok. I've just saw that the cubase eq was off @ Overheads group, for some reason....
Anyway, i decreased the compression on cymbals.
I'll post a new clip.

How about the other elements?
