I don't know about you guys, but I'm seeing a pattern here. First it was Haiti, then Chile, and then Taiwan and Japan. What you guys got in L.A. this morning was minor, but it's always a sign of more to come.

Well, I expected it to come anytime soon, and it did. The epicenter was 100 miles away from my place, but my office building swayed around as my co-workers panicked like hell.

Surprisingly, there were no aftershocks or reports of structural damage anywhere in Manila. Everyone just went back to business after the quake.
Now it's raining, as a Tropical Depression is approaching soon.
