Damn, this one is pretty!

Probably won't go much over $850. ASAT's tend to have slight neck dive but that can be fixed.
You OK with the 1.5 inch nut width and the slab body? ASAT's look cool but for moi the ergonomics just don't cut it.

Can't beat the sound though. :Spin:

The 4001 I play has only a 1 and 5/8 nut, so 1.5 won't be too much of an adjustment I think.

Ergonomically, the worst I ever had was a Mockingbird. It was a damn sweet looking koa model, but hella uncomfy to play.

The G&L 1.5 necks do not feel as skinny as a Fender 1.5.

If you can handle the Ric ergonomics the ASAT will be no sweat. Rics are really uncomfortable to me.

I'm working on my friend Tris who just got a fretless L2K and will either sell it or his fretless L1K depending which is heaviest. GAS never ends.
