Dan, Dag and the Moxy T-Shirt

I have seen Nightingale clip (Losing Myself) from Atlanta (incredible experience for me / i like it more than the studio Edge of Sanity record).
In this clip wears Dag the Moxy T-Shirt.
Then I saw Nightingale official website and there wears the Moxy T-Shirt Dan (on the pic of whole band).
And i am asking now. Is this T-Shirt mutual property of great brothers?
If not, who is the valid owner of this T-shirt?? Maybe there are two T-shirts.
This is just fun but i am very in interest of that. Does anyone know the answer??
