Hey guys. I'm an author of dark fiction who's been listening to metal all my life. One of my goals is to help spread the music which has influenced me and my writing. In Brightside, I start it with Machine head lyrics and squeezed in a small scene about Fear Factory's music. 25 Perfect Days will be kicked off with Slipknot lyrics and I'm currently running a contest for the best video adaptation of my short story "Five Minutes Alone." I'm also working on a 5-novel series retelling Ragnarok that was definitely influenced by Amon Amarth. I just turned 40 and can't imagine life without metal. Glad to be here.
