That's my guess. Overkill did that back on the first Killfest tour when they did 2 legs across America. But they are really missing out on ales by skipping Chicago, never understood why bands do that.

Primus has been guilty of this, makes me mad because theyre awesome. But i dont want to drive to Milwaukee everytime to see em like last time

Yeah, I mean, both Overkill and Testament have come through Chicago a TON in the past few years.
They are smart actually. Playing BOTH Chicago and Milwaukee would take away from each show.
Also, more are likely to travel from Chicagoland areas to Milwaukee, than vice versa.

Smart move in my opinion.
