I had a chance to interview Bob Chapman and John Fralick, two former members of Darkness Remains, a death metal band from Southern WV. They were active from 2002 until 2006. I talked to them about what it was like to form a band in their teenage years and start to develop some success, only to ultimately break up and move on.

I am from the general area that Darkness Remains is from. I talked with John Fralick several times at house shows ect.. A really cool guy.

I think their band had some great potential. I have both of their albums.
