Just a thought, but do you think that Jon would do something similar to Days of Purgatory with whoever the new vocalist will be?

interesting... i would like to know what the new vocalist can do with the material before siing them live and possibly being very disappointed. On the other hand, i dont think they would want to "waste" a record on that again.

I seriously doubt it. As far as I know, the reason for DOP was because the older material was recorded with not so great vocals, and Jon wanted to re-record them to sound better, and used Matt to do it. Not for the purpose of rehashing all the older stuff with the new singer so we can hear what it sounds like with the current line-up. Why would Jon want to go back and re-record stuff with a new singer, when Matt did such a great job the first time around...
