anyone know any bands that are death metal with thrash like speed? like bolt thrower for example. i mean even if they are not technically a death/thrash combo, i want to look into some of the faster death metal.

Deathchain is fucking insane Death/Thrash. Their drummer is the fastest damn thing I have ever heard. I think this is pretty close to what you are looking for.

Hm - I've heard the term 'deathrash' applied to Benediction before, but they're basically just midpaced death metal with slightly less harsh vocals. Fucking awesome band, at any rate. Though the old vocalist sounded kinda goofy. I wonder if he got any better when he went over to Bolt Thrower.
