Hey guys,

Thought I'd promote a band from around where I live, that has what I think is their first album.

First of all, the production is great. At least to my taste.

Second of all, there is the participation of Tomas Lindberg from At the Gates on one of the song. I think a lot of guys around here appreciate At the Gates!

Third, the songs are just great. The vocals are awesome, guitar work is spot on, drum is tight and creative, bass is probably also good!(sorry I assume the bass lines are awesome, but you know it's a metal album after all)

So the band is DecaDawn and the album is Solitary Confinement.

They rule indeed! On very rare occasions do I find a new band which I am totally impressed with. Both in terms of quality of the music, the quality of the production, etc.

There is always you know, that one song you don't like... Or the production sucks, or whatever else.

But these guys made a VERY good album.

If you worked on the album, well, congrats! It rocks! :hotjump:

It's a great record. I know Louis-Charles was putting it together for a very long time, so it was good to see it finally come out.

I remember downloading a few of their tunes off mp3.com around 2002. Razor Tears was an awesome song - wonder why they didn't keep that one for the full length. Cool to see they're still around.
