The guys from Swedish melodic rockers Degreed have completed work on their new studio album - a follow up to 2010's awesome Life, Love, Loss album. The guys have worked hard to ensure that this album will continue to kick ass and is another really high quality and consistent album from a band that deserves major attention.

They have just put up the first song from the album on Soundcloud called Black Cat - check it out!



Tracks for the album will include: Black Cat, What if, In For The Ride, Inside of me, Follow Her, Blind Hearted, Access Denied and a few more.

I thought their first CD had some great songs on it with huge hooks but lacked a little bit in the production dept (I like a slicker production, just my personal preference). I like the guitars up front more... but I like this so far... the guys sing great together and harmonize nicely live...

Swedish rock sensations Degreed have completed work on their sophomore release to be titled We Don't Belong. The band's anticipated comes after their acclaimed debut Love, Life, Loss (MRR) and will be released on Ninetone/Universal Music in Europe, Spinning Inc in Japan and Spectra Records in USA/Canada. No release date is set just yet, but it is due for release this spring.

Erik Lidbom has once again produced the album, and he's also been co-writing a few songs. Bill Champlin and his son Will Champlin have co-written two songs on the album. The artwork is done by Henrik Englund Wilhelmsson at H.E.W Design and the band asks for fans to "like" their Facebook page to keep up with information.
