I was blown away by this disc the moment I heard it. This is the debut offshoot project from Within Temptation, led by their former keyboardist Martijn Westerholt. He discovered a great unknown talent in vocalist Charlotte Wessels. The project has some higher profile names as well - Marco Hietala (Nightwish) on bass, Jan Yrlund (Lacrimosa) on guitar, Arjen van Wessenbeek (God Dethroned) on drums, Ad Sluijter (Epica) on guitar, and George Oosterhooek and Guus Eikens (both from Orphanage) on grunting vocals. Two notable guest vocalists appear - the great Sharon Den Adel (Within Temptation of course) and Liv Kristine (Leaves Eyes).
