Denmark Rock Festival

EDIT: less than 20 minutes later thinking about the awesome times to be had at this festival - Never mind about waiting, just booked the flights for us  Arrival to Copenhagen on Thursday evening, leaving on Monday afternoon.

EDIT #2: if anyone coming for the fest from the US wants to visit Finland before or after the festival it's only about $100 for a roundtrip from Copenhagen and free accommodation can be arranged easily at our place :)
Well, that just sweetened the pot on an already tasty Danish festival. :kickass:
I'll have to look into this more seriously.

Ugh, the lineup is amazing, but I don't have $1,200 to spend on airfare. Too bad too cuz my friend is studying abroad in Denmark. Would've been a nice vacation.

For October, the prices will go down, you'll just need a cheap flight to the East coast (which, now that Southwest has expanded with their gain of Airtrain, it won't be hard).

Yeah - for the record, here's the full line-up:

Redemption
Manticora
Leprous
Andromeda
Loch Vostok
Divided Multitude
Malrun
Persefone
Kingcrow
Urban Primate

Tickets are on sale now at www.billetlugen.dk

Looking forward to seeing a bunch of you Americans in the crowd.

Lars

Finally remembered to buy us tickets for this today! A couple of weeks ago also managed to book a hotel from about 1km from the venue for a decent price.

Since it's already next month getting very excited about it, especially now that Leprous released such a KILLER new album to play songs from. Also with such lineup it makes me at least a little less sad that I'll miss PPUSA this year, after all this can be considered to be a PP Scandinavia basically.

So is anyone from the US managing to come over for this?

I wanted to, but Lars would've put me to work...

In all seriousness, I think the lineup is awesome. I wish there was a way to make it, but maybe next year!
