ok while this was a bad idea making a thread about it was worse so i'm closing this now
Let me also add....
Last night I had a chat with someone, and I have disallowed that person to use the rep system (as I am others) for the simple fact that... some people (mods, etc.) see the comments people leave. I know some of you are hard nosed and what not, don't care about much other than a close circle of friends you have, etc. - but really really think about how your comments (both on rep and in general on this site) affect others. When you are downright over the the top nasty to someone, I'd hate to have a situation happen where someone's comment here is a tip of the iceberg and sends that person off to do something regretful. You may think that sounds silly but...
I don't know if this post makes sense or not but, just think before talking shit about people on this site you dislike. Just put them on ignore or something, or report excessive crap posts to me.
(FYI - it had nothing to do with comments towards me personally, but monitoring rep the last week or so, and especially last night, I had to post what I just said and hope some people take heed of it.)
