Ok, the best characters in Street Fighter II aside from E. Honda are Blanka and Dhalsim!! Vega was my fav badass though... I think because he was a cheap Wolverine rip off but he did suck as a character.

Dhalsim was an asshole, all he had to do was stretch and he could beat you from the other side of the stage.

Feilong on the other hand was pretty cool with his screaming and all.
