Hello, I am the guitarist and producer of an uprising band. Before we do vocals I would like insight on the instrumentals. I am very happy with the results. I am posting this on both this forum and Andy Sneaps!

The only thing I would say, and this is just a personal opinion, but the cymbal your hitting in the verse the 1 2 3 4 and the intro sounds a little fake imo. That is really all I would say. Great mix dude you did a good job. Really solid.

Thanks I totally agree, superior is hard to automate without giving away character, but STeven Slates cymbals don't ring enough. But I will get that fixed immediately, thanks for pointing it out, I never noticed it man!

Damn dude, Your bass and your guitars blend pretty damn well! I love it dude, i have to agree about the cymbals :/ but besides that i really enjoyed this mix

Is the bass fake?
whats part of your signal chain on guitars?

The bass is Zombass (seths) and my guitar chain is just Podfarm, pretty much Joey's patch but most of the low mid sound comes from my mixing technique. NLS mostly. There's basic components. but I found my way to make it work.

Drums are Superior and Slate.
