The live version of DETHKLOK (the animated act featured in Cartoon Network's Adult Swim program Metalocalypse) will hit the road later this month.

Featuring drummer Gene Hoglan (DARK ANGEL, DEATH, STRAPPING YOUNG LAD, TESTAMENT), the touring version of Dethklok will support ...AND YOU WILL KNOW US BY THE TRAIL OF OUR DEAD on their fall tour.

According to bassist Bryan Beller, "We’ll be playing along with a huge video screen, in an extended episode of the show. So, that’s what the tour will be. Kind of like GORILLAZ, INC., I suppose, but way cooler."

Awesome! I saw Brendon, Tommy, and John while in LA in August(Uli Roth Sky Academy Concerts), and Brendon was telling me about the tour, who was playing, and what was going to happen! It sounds killer, and I hope to catch it at some point!:headbang::headbang::headbang:
