Oh I must say that Bonus track is really really lame. It doesn't suit the rest of the album at all. Honestly, I hate it when bonus tracks are released with CDs because they always ruin the experience. They should be free downloads or something. Maybe a data MP3 on the CD so you don't have to listen to it when you put it in the CD player.

and it's goofy and totally different of the rest on purpose, that actually fits the whole concept like a glove

The Best Buy near me carries anything I can think of. Finntroll, Ensiferum, Bodom (even the tokyo warhearts cd and the DVD-EPs).... They actually had Are You Dead Yet a week or two before the actual release date.

Probably because it came out in Finland in the middle of September. I had it a month before 'release' because my girlfriend mailed it to me.
