Devolution/Dictated Aggression '04 re-issue question

When Blackout Records re-issued these albums back in '04, did they just use to original mix and add the France show as a bonus, or are both albums remasted? I'm wondering cause I have original copies of both records (it was a bitch getting Devolution) and was curious if the production on any were updated with the re-releases.

...Except for the obvious question (does it sound any different?) I have seen reissued albums come out with the addition of just 1 or 2 unreleased song (s) ... maybe in the liners there is a mention of remastering or something?

As far as I know, the albums have not been remastered. There is no mention of this in the linernotes. But maybe Billy can answer this question.
Both CD's have new artwork, drawn by Rick Rios.
And the bonusfootage is divided over 2 cd's.

I figured as much. Record companies do that all the time, throw on something as bonus, either new tracks or video footage. I think the re-issues are out of print now like the originals.

I have both versions; the original releases and the re-releases as well. I bought the original releases in the year of their release. And because I want my collection to be complete, I also bought the re-releases in 2004. I'm not sure if the BlackOut versions are still available.

Makes sence that Bill would want them back out. I skipped getting the re-issues when the came out, like I said, I had the originals and I wasn't gonna get 2 records I already have again for a video (cheap asshole) But yeah, I think their out of print now.
