DFH superior not showing up in Cubase 5, wtf?

I just re-installed DFH (haven't used it in a while) and am trying to open an instrument track in Cubase 5, but it isn't showing up.

any ideas?

You've setup your VST2.x plugin path correctly? The DLL got put in the correct place?

Errr, not sure dude. I installed all the discs as per the instructions in the manual. Pretty sure this has worked in the past when I installed it using logic.

Can you point me in the right direction?
