I'm curious if anyone has any tips on how to improve the sounds I'm getting out of DFH. I'm kinda iffy on the snare and toms. Thanks guys.

I actually like the snare. I think bring in the OH a little would make it sound more real.

Sounds like you need to work with the velocity. It also sounds like you are using the direct mic for the hi-hats and that they are not in the over heads at all. Really sounds way to artifical for my taste.

the hats are like 70% overheads so it's probably something else I need to tweak but thanks

Ok I tried changing some things around

Still not digging it a whole lot, but everything I try is a dead end. I'm gonna try some other kinds of compressors I think
