by the way there was some news on a message board where i guy sent an email to pat the singer for nfp or whatever they end up calling the and he says the record will be out on elektra in january,anyone else heard any rumblings on the internet?,dime and vinnie are too good for there game to stay inactive for this amount of time!!

Phil was just fucked up and running his mouth, I'm not gonna hold that against him. As for Vinnie and Dime, the album comes out in January on Elektra, but you know it is just gonna sound like a cheap Pantera imitation. Hopefully once it bombs, and once SJR fade off back to someones garage they will realize that Pantera needs to be touring, not bastardized versions of it.

Thats fucked up in my opinion. I like Pantera and SJR and Down but I really don't want no hate propaganda at my concerts or in my music. Fuck That. If hes a racist then I would be done with him. I don't care how fucking great his music is. I'm not talking about hating "the man" of hating people on a personal level but to say things that would catorgize or put down and entire race then he could suck it. But since this is just net rumors I'll hold my judgement.
Also I think the new Dime and Vinny stuff could rock. I hold high hopes for it.

However, I really don't think none of us, for the most part, pick our entertainers based on beliefs. But there are always exceptions and things that weigh our opinions. As great as a player as O.J was I now view him as a wife beating murderer not a hall of fame football player. My entertainers like my friends don't have to have the same views on things, but I could never be friends with the grand dragon of the Ku klux Klan no matter how much of a nice guy he is. Likewise if an entertainer has a view that goes against my core beliefs then I will disregard them. I don't care if person X is pro choice or anti-abortion but if person X goes out and kills doctors in clinics then I would have a problem.
