Did Ensiferum copy lyrics from Amon Amarth?

So I got my copy of Ensiferum's new album today, which meant I could finally read the lyrics for the song Heathen Horde, and in particular the Faroese/Icelandic language part. Translated it reads as follows:

A coward believes he will ever live
If he keep him safe from strife
But old age leaves him not long in peace
Though spears may spare his life

Look familiar? It should because it's almost identical to this part from Live Without Regrets off Surtur Rising:

A coward thinks he'll always live
If he keeps himself from strife
Old age leaves no rest and peace
Though spears may spare his life

What the heck Ensiferum??? Did they seriously just copy the lyrics? Or is it done in tribute to AA or something? (doubtful since it's not acknowledged in the credits of the album or anything). Or is it that AA didn't come up with this in the first place and this verse is some well known saying in scandinavia or something like that?
