last I heard he got accepted to a Culinary Arts Academy. 'tis possible he started school and is busy learning new cooking skills....which could come in handy when we have the First Annual UMOS Reunion:headbang:
 
Indeed! Good luck to him. I saw him browsing the forum last night West Euro time. So he keep an eye out for us.

I hope he finds the time to post again. But I do understand his new study must come first. Hoping the best for him! :)

Yup. That's what I heard from him too. I've been waiting to hear more though.

Hehe, just hope he enjoys himselve...and indeed, if this works out for him it's more important than posting here!!

He's probably busy and I hope in good way, uncle J will be back come hell or high water.
