DIE CAROLINA

LOL at the NHL once again they lose, two of the smallest possible media markets in the championship.
Actually that's a total WIN considering the new economic system was designed specifically so small market teams could compete. Whereas sports like baseball and basketball are rigged so that the most popular teams/players are in the championships.

not I

not my point. television ratings my friend. if you aren't a hardcore hockey fan and you don't live in these two areas, you aren't watching, which means advertising revenues are WAY down.

Yeah, that was a fantastic game. I'm kinda glad we lost... I'm getting into this whole hockey thing and I want more more more

(we'll win in Edmonton)

I'm glad too considering I FUCKING FORGOT THE GAME WAS ON

Hopefully, I'll get to catch game 6 or maybe game 7 if the hockey gods allow. Carolina might get to win it at home then

well, yeah, but who cares? The crowds are sell-outs at least. And Edmonton has already sold out for the entire next season. Yeah, I'm sure the NHL AS A COMPANY is missing out on those advertising dollars but neither of these teams are - they wouldnt have expected them in the first place. Chalk this up as a win for the NHL.

meh, doesn't affect the ratings for the Hockey night in Canada :kickass: :kickass: :kickass: :kickass: :kickass:

Plus, I'm glad it's like this, I'd hate to see the 'championships' be a battle of who has the largest TV viewing audience.

hahaha, CA, I'm going to do some research and see how many of your posts don't include some remark about Canada or how much the US sucks.

ps: you have a good point with the Hockey Night thing

haha, i don't bash the US that much, i'm just peeved at americans as a trouisty poulation, it'll die down again. That said, i'm Canadian, i'm patriotic in my own way.

Hockey. beer. Campfires. rocks. Trees. water. more hockey. Politely tolerating the terrorizing of american tourists.
