Die Melanie Morgan Die!!!

Half of those right to life mother fuckers have money invested in Chinese cable companies, whose continued rise in profits rely on the good graces of the infanticide supporting Chinese government.

It's hypocrisy that they take and shove down our throats. These issues should not be politcial, but moral and personal.

i agree with you, but they are not moral. The whole right to life movement shouldn't lobby against the morning after pill, cause it is not abortion. Abortion is the right of women, thus males should stay out of it, but these christian obsessed people don't get it, but they are all males too. damn i hate the way christianity is today and all the politicians that try to make the christian dogma a law. i mean it is not bad, my grand mother goes to church every sunday but she is not anti abortion and shit like that, she is a nice person who respects my grandfather's opnions who is an atheist just like myself. now it is time for some behemoth. Christians to the lions-behemoth

Well, anti Christian dogma is as much dogma as they spew out and just as polarised and stupid.

Church and state were seperated for a reason, but that line has been blurred. Abortion is a very, VERY complex issue but it is a personal one, it's not for others to decide and it's certainly not for the government to mingle in.

I'd recommend you pick up Peter Singer's "Practical Ethics" it's required reading for bullshit college courses in introductionary philosophy and ethics, wordlwide, but if you really get into his chapter on Abortion, he makes many valid points. He's also a self righteous bastard who fails to see anything outside a logical system, but nonetheless it gives you a real standpoint to discuss abortion.

i will check out that book, and i totally agree, it is a personal issue

Check out Rachels' "The Elements of Moral Philosophy" too, if you desire because it's more fluent and easier to read than Singer, but probably a whole load more expensive.

I'd say Singer covers the main areas though. For the record, I'd reject his leap that makes abortion analogous to infanticide.

this is such a a tricky issue man, I have really strong personal beliefs about abortion that have NOTHING to do with religion or politics, it IS the right of the female, however it takes 2 baby...

Man, I know...it's such a hard thing to try and analyse. I think people sometimes get into fucked up arguments about it regarding a whole plethora of things that are totally extrinsic, semantic and distasteful. In the end, it is the ending of a potential life, and it's not a decision to be taken lightly. I really don't know *where* I stand, sometimes I support and others I feel sick. I just hate the media circus that surrounds it, people flogging agendas left, right and centre.

It's so deeply personal and human, I can't comprehend it in framework that tries to apply the basic scale of right/wrong to it.

Fuck republicans in general. Guhhh.

Hmmm. Fuck conservatives. The republican party itself is not all that bad, well all political parties blow, but it's no worse than the democratic party.
