DIMENSION ZERO: European Tour Dates Announced - Oct. 8, 2003

Sweden's DIMENSION ZERO, who feature in their ranks IN FLAMES guitarist Jesper Strömblad (on bass), ex-MARDUK vocalist Jocke Göthberg, LUCIFERION/DIABOLIQUE drummer Hasse Nilsson, and PATHOS guitarist Daniel Antonsson, have lined up the following gigs during November/December:

Nov. 21 - Weimar, GER @ TBA
Nov. 22 - Berlin, GER @ TBA
Nov. 24 - Hamburg, GER @ TBA
Dec. 05 - Gothenburg, SWE @ TBA

DIMENSION ZERO's sophomore full-length album, "This is Hell", is due for release on October 13 through Regain Records. A full-length MP3 of the track "Blood On The Streets" from the forthcoming CD can be downloaded from www.swedishmetal.net. The album — the band's first to feature Antonsson — was recorded at Phlat Planet studios in Gothenburg, Sweden with producer/IN FLAMES frontman Anders Fridén.

DIMENSION ZERO recently parted ways with ex-IN FLAMES axeman Glenn Ljungström and are currently seeking a replacement. No reason was given for Ljungström's departure. The band have just reissued their original EP, "Penetrations From The Lost World", along with two previously-unreleased songs and five live tracks from their Japanese tour in May 2002. The reissue comes with new artwork.

One of the better bands out there today, this should rock, and with seven new songs on the original-- that's enough reason to go out and buy it again!

I prefer this project by Jesper than his In Flames work, it's just a lot more brutal...
