Opinons on Dionysus?! I have the new album and it's "good" sounds "stock" though. They aren't doing anything different that ste them apart from their power metal contemporaries. Fairy Tales and Reality does have more proggy elements in the songs than on the last album.

They're a good band. I personally don't have any of their CDs but do plan on getting some CDs by them. I believe, if I'm not mistaking, they only have two albums.

I have their last two, this includes the new one. I could have swore they had three albums... This isn't the first time I've been wrong. I think it's time to
head over the http://www.metal-archives.com
site to have alook see...

Well, I got exactly the same feeling...Good, but nothing special to get hooked on after a few listens. Unfortunatly will end up on my pile of Power/Prog bands that are good, but probably won't get too much spins anymore...

Help me out here, the singer sounds like someone else, but for the life of me I just can't draw a comparision... Did you get this too?

I've got Sign Of Truth & Fariytales. I share the popular opinion about Dionysus, Good but nothing spectacular. The singer has also been in Memorized Dreams and Luca Turulli's solo projects- Might be where you've heard him before. On Sign of Truth there are similarities to Stratovarius' singer but that's not too obvious on 'Fairytales'
