ORDER INFORMATION
* To order a an item, click on the BUY button on the right side of the item.
We advise you to also select some alternatives in case an ordered item is not in stock. You can select alternatives by clicking on the ALT botton next to the BUY button (at the shirt section click on AS ALTERNATIVE to select an alternative).
* To check all order information, click on the INFO button on the top op the page in the shop. On the bottom of the order information page you find a button to go to the complete order conditions page.
* If you want to check what we have in stock, go to the shop; if something is not in stock, a note saying 'temp. not in stock' is behind the title of the product. Otherwise we have it in stock.
* If something is hard to get hold of, it will usually take longer to get in stock, it's indicated with [Import] after the title.
* If you want to receive a mailorder catalogue, please send EURO 2 or $2 to our contact address. You can also subscribe to our mailorder e-letter at
http://groups.yahoo.com/group/Disorderlist and receive weekly updates of new arrivals.
* If you want to do an order inquiry, we need the following information:
- Name and complete address
- Ordered items
- Payment method
- Order date
- Requested priority shipping or not
Inquiries can be done 2 months after you sent your order. Within this period, nearly all orders are delivered. If we would check out all inquiries, it would consume such lenghts of time, that the actual packing and sending of orders would suffer from it. Neither of us would benefit from that. If you did not request priority mail, your order will take about 1-2 weeks within Europe and 2-4 weeks outside Europe.
ORDER CONDITIONS
* Minimum order amount is EURO 25. We will have to charge EURO 2.50 extra for orders below EURO 25. Please state alternatives, since we have to charge the EURO 2.50 also if due to the absense of some items the order comes below EURO 25.
* Discount will be calculated on the items which are sent. We therefore advise to state alternatives to prevent losing your discount.
* If you want to return anything, it can ONLY be done after written confirmation from Displeased.
* All financial transactions between Displeased and her customer take place at the customer's cost and risk.
* If payment is done by cheque, we have to charge you EURO 9 for banking costs.
* If you want to pay by credit card, please send your order by fax or normal mail and include your order, name, address, credit card number, expiry date and signature. Of course you can scan your order on one sheet with above mentioned details and then send it by e-mail as JPEG attachment. We need a signature due to dutch laws. Please add 5% to the total for credit card fees. Minimum order amount when paying with credit card is EURO 50; if order is less, than we will charge EURO 2.50 extra to your order.
* If you want to pay by IMO, please note that we only accept REAL IMOs drawn in EUROs, the ones you PAY at the post office. The post office will send the IMO to us. If you send any other kind of IMO, we will process it as a check and charge you EURO 9 banking costs.
* Orders are delivered by prepaid mail. Displeased puts the ordered goods in good condition and in a normal packing at the disposal of the post or parcel service within 30 days after receipt of full payment. In case an ordered product is not in stock, this period is extended with applicable waiting period mentioned on the order form.
* If you want us to send you your order in a registered package, you have to add EURO 4.50 within Europe or EURO 7 outside Europe. You must include this amount with your order.
* No partial shipment takes place. Displeased does not provide for insurance of the shipment. Displeased cannot be held liable for any goods damaged or lost in the post or through parcel service.
* In case of defective delivery, Displeased corrects this defect after the defective goods have been returned into her possession by prepaid mail.
The LP is only 13.50 ... actually the order condition suxxx to be honest...
