I'm curious about how you guys deal with the dithering noise, do you remove it manually during silences or just leave it as is (after all, it's almost unhearable... around -60db on the project I'm working on)...

I prefer the "Keller squared" setting, it works real well towards the end of an album, in between those emotional songs that are usually so very dynamic.

In all seriousness, I don't bother much since the dithering seems barely audible. Maybe I should bother, but I don't. Too much work to make a half decent mix for me to even care.
That being said, I had the feeling that a little hiss is often more suitable than perfect silence on severeal occasions.

i've noticed a little hiss on both damnnation and deliverance by opeth, particularly on the clean electric parts, well i use noise reduction on guitars, but dont bother on anything else.
