I've been crying tears since Bart Kling's list died 2½ years ago.

I'm not sure about the web site, but the magazine dedicates about 4 pages every issue with lists of upcoming releases.

www.metalupdate.com is a very good mailing list with extensive release and tourdate information, also check out its partner review site www.metaljudgment.com, which uses a point-counterpoint format.
