does anyone know where can I buy Opeth transcription book? (sheet music)

With all the publicity on the whole tabs issue right now, coupled with the fact that they don't have any official tab books, coupled with the fact we heard nothing from them, lead me to the shocking conclusion that they don't really care.

That guy is soooo good at tabbing. Anyone know if He's done Baying of The Hounds or Beneath the Mire? Not on Ultimate-Guitar.com

Some other guy did "Beneath the Mire" and "Hours of Wealth." I think his first chords in "Beneath the Mire" are wrong, but other than that it's a great tab. It's on powertabs.net . I've done the rest of the album (besides Atonement, which was done by some OTHER guy).

yes you can. it's called open directory. you can close it by going to the directory properties in ftp and remove the read button :)

my answer is: NOWHERE, opeth tabs have never been officially released.

I should make a proposition to roadrunner or whoever is in charge of such things that they publish mine in tabbook format, I think more people bought Ghost Reveries than bought some of the junk they DO have tab books for (like...Deadwing).

The problem is that the bands have nothing to do with most of the 'official' songbooks that are published. By that I mean, it's basicly some guy paid to interpret and write out the songs himself. Often these are less accurate than tabs available online.

Damn the MPA.

well i play bass... ANYWAY the truth is, i like the digital format. I just synch the mp3 with the powertab (and you usually have tempos correct ;) or i change the tempo myself) and then mute the midi channel, then i can just play along and the tab will automatically follow. no tab book can beat that :Smokin:
