I would almost bet that someone in Anthrax digs them but who's to say? Anyhow, I'm a old Sick of it all fan.

Actually I think these two bands had something of a rivalry. Alot of NYCHC bands got pissed when Anthrax put the word "mosh" on everything and took it to the mainstream. I believe bitter words were said by both bands on this issue.
I like them, saw them live for the "Blood Sweat And No Tears" tour. Great hardcore. I remember Anthrax used the NYHC logo on thier 'Among the Living' tourshirt (mine had it on the sleeve). I think Anthrax tried to copyright that symbol, that may be the cause of some friction between HC bands and Anthrax. Oh well.

They are a great live band, i've seen them about 5 times.
I don't really know about the friction (NYHC) but I know Anthrax promoted a lot of NYHC back in 88, there was a big interview in MEtal Hammer were they explored their roots, they were talkin about good HC albums to pick up by Metal fans they named :Cro Mags, Crumsuckers , Fear, Bad Brains and The Misfits.
