I just watched the Secret of Nimh and I think I'd like to take Don Bluth and hang him by his small intestines...what a load of sewage!!

first of all, i like Secret of Nimh despite the changes...

second of all, as FuSoYa can tell you, I have a special cellar of hatred in my heart for Don Bluth. His children are aggravating without being cute; I hate the way he makes people's heads bob as they speak; he's a shit filmmaker (I watched "Titan A.E." about a month ago fully prepared to say "Everyone who said it sucked was hatin'!"...but they were right!); "All Dogs Go To Heaven" made me want to find a dog and kick it, for God's sake.

PS he added a bunch of silly magic to a kick-ass story that involves absolutely no magic whatsoever!! I am SUCH a book-elitist it hurts, in an emo way. I'm going to go cry myself to sleep.

Augmenting the Don Bluth head bob, he also has this knack for making their mouths move in a such an exaggerated, swinging way that you can actually see the drool-slime hanging off the point on the bottom of their lip and penduluming and convulsing but never quite able to get flicked off.

And it's not even drawn there. You can see it anyway!
