Don't know how you guys feel about Anaal Nathrakh...

I like the new production on these. The last release felt too polished for them.

Since you're new, go back to their page and check out 'The Destroying Angel' and 'When the Lion Devours Both'. Sounds kind of cliche to say, but I like the older stuff much more.
 
Supposedly, their name comes from the spell Merlin utters in the movie Excalibur, which starts with "Anaal Nathrakh...". This spell is called the "Charm of Making". Given Michael Everson's transcription, Anaal Nathrakh means 'serpent's breath'.
 
I have the first album, demo compilation and that first EP, they were good for a while but got old pretty fast.
