Downsizing. Is this an ok trade?

I have a Mesa Traditional 4x12 with a little thumb sized hole in the tolex at the bottom. I moved to an apartment and am looking for a 2x12 and then I'm making my own iso box. Anyhow, would my mesa traded for a framus 2x12 plus cash on his end be a good deal?

Also how much cash should I ask for. Is the Framus 2x12 any good?

Framus is ok, but I'd hold out for a mesa 2x12 + money
