Draconian = Kata "Follower"?

So I was checking out the new Draconian single, and was immediately reminded of something. Am I the only one?

Yes I am hoping the rest of the album is similar. It is a good direction for them that sets them apart from the typical epic female vocal metal.

I don't see any reason why you would call Draconian a Katatonia follower. Completely different bands in my opinion.

That one sample where the guy is more so talking instantly reminded my of Mourning Beloveth. Sample after that was a lot like Swallow The Sun. Although they are different in their own way. I will be getting this cd for sure though.
