I was just wondering what u peoples thought about the" DRAGONLORD"?
I've listened a million times, I'm hung up on keyboards!

I find them kind of boring. Im not gonna support them especially if it means less Testament for the fans.

I'm still waiting for the cd so I can't give a detailed opinion. I find rapture kind of boring though. There are not enough heavy parts for me, they are kind of spread out. It kind of lags at times, but I do like the parts that are heavy.

I can dig it, but it sounds totally
deriviative of Dimmu Borgir IMHO.
Eric has had his fun and it's time
to take off the facepaint,
put away the inverted pentagrams
and keyboards, and start shredding
the new Testament album.

Thrash is alive and well, and
I sincerely hope Testament will lead
the charge into battle.

Dragonlord is one of the classiest acts to come out of the Bay Area in some time.

The album is great, and I can't wait to hear their next.

Dragonlord is very good, though there's parts that are very similar to Dimmu Borgir and Covenant's Nexus Polaris.

@Doctor Pain: I thought Testament also uses inverted pentagrams. Just check the cover sheet of Demonic.

The keyboards in DL are less prominent than in Psypheria -- I really dig the mix in Dragonlord as they aren't over-emphasised. Good balance.

drums and guitars sound great, but other than that it's not my thing really. don't like the vocals one bit.
i just don't 'get' all that face painting stuff and posing with swords and the whole dungeons and dragons vibe...
i vote less DL, more testament!
