similarities abound, some in the story, some in music


and both are the best concept albums in metal (or so i think )


suite sister mary = dnb (the song)

... and pamela moore sang the female vox for dnb at a live show; thats pretty f'n awesome (she sang on suite sister m.....)

Thats a very good asumption i would agree with. Mindcrime was an awesome CD. I just bought Live Evolution the other day, its a pretty good Best hits CD spanning there whole careear. Im not a big fan of the newer stuff but its not horrible...mostly....

concept albums from great bands ..many similarities...and maybe a little bit same ending (catharsis) ....
Mindcrime is the best album ever ...

mindcrime is great, first album i heard of Queensrÿche years ago, I attribute that album as being the one that got me into quality metal.

i was listening to it again last night for the first time in a while

Ever since DeGarmo left they lost something. That Kelly Gray was definitely no replacement. haha, Good they got rid of him for the new one, coming out.

only the fact that Geoff Tate sings at his best in O:M is enough to make O:M better than SFAM.
