I used drop.io constantly to send tracks to bands...quick, easy, no login, just easy.

Now they have sold, and are done.

Curiously, what alternatives are you guys using?.... other than email, of course.

Dropbox has an app (in windows) where you can drag and drop files. I don't know about MACs, though. But I usually just upload to my website, too. Since it's only about 10 feet from my PC.

Haha, I love how well Dropbox has taken off since being spread here. A friend of mine (bogchop) told me about it, I started raving how great it is, then next thing you know the whole board is using it.

So glad because those megaupload/soundclick/rapidshare things are utter shite.

Anyway yeah basically dropbox +1

I love the dropbox iPhone app. I can start an upload and by the time I get to the car I can plug in my phone and listen to it right there

I totally love it too, best tool ever for checking mixes on different systems quickly (no iTunes syncing shit, just render directly to dropbox and it's on the Iphone, streamable or downloadable), but I was meaning to ask: since the last update where it changed the GUI a bit, it has totally failed me. Not downloading favorites, sometimes refusing to play a simple mp3 file it's played a million times before... Am I the only one with these issues?
