DRUMAGOG PROBLEM

hello guys i have a weird problem with drumagog 5 on pro tools 9.
everytime that i load a gog(let's say 6/7 snare samples that i have choosen)
drumagog loads me the correct samples BUT they are picking!
sounds weird but it's not my idea,it has the same level like the original samples but each one of them is picking destructively.
do you know how to solve this?

Do you mean "peaking" or "picking"? What exactly do you mean by "picking"?

Is the GOG file one of the samples that comes with Drumagog 5? Or did you purchase this or create this GOG file separately?

We'll look into this when back in the office tomorrow.

hey jack thanks again for your reply,i used the wrong word sorry,i mean the samples are clipping and they sound distorted after i save the gog.
no it's a different sample and this is happening only in the snares no matter which snare sample i will use.
for the kick everything's OK.
yes i have payed for drumagog 5.

Leon,

First, make sure Drumagog's Output isn't clipping. You may need to dial this back (in the Visual Triggering Window). Check the samples themselves to make sure they were not clipped, as well.

What sample rate were the samples recorded in and what sample rate is the project in?
