apparently, we're all wannabes and newbies by downloading (clawing and scratching more like) an advance copy of an album that doesn't come out in the states for another month....Yup, i'm new to opeth, so i'm not going to go out and buy something that's already been released, i'm gonna get the advance copy of the new album. that makes as much sense as "DUMBNATION did I hurt your feelings so fucking what" even if it had correct punctuation.

You find Jeff Beck and Santana talentless? I could understand some people's discontent over Santana's recent albums,(but that does not make him any less of a talented guitarist), and Jeff Beck is an extremely gifted musician not to mention the fact that he was the first to use distortion.

Damnation is far too overlooked and overated its too damn short not enough songs and the solos (hardly any)on the album sound like Carlos Santana mixed with Jeff Beck. This album was pointless and it was pointless to do two seperate albums at once and not even realease them at the same time.
